By Road
Gangotri can be arrived at directly via road in buses, private operated jeeps, SUVs, and different vehicles. The adventure from Rishikesh takes around 11 to 12 hours. Rishikesh is the best spot to begin the adventure early in the morning. Whenever required, you can take a relaxing night stop to rest in Uttarkashi before coming to Gangotri the next day.

How to Reach Shri Yamunotri Dham?

By Train
Railway availability goes up to Rishikesh and Haridwar. After that, you need to benefit of either private cabs, buses, or shared jeeps plying on the route. It is highly recommended to book an SUV or MUV like an Innova, Scorpio, or similar sturdy vehicle for the mountain roads.
By Road
The best route to visit Yamunotri from Dehradun is via Barkot. If you are originating from Haridwar or Rishikesh, the road to Yamunotri branches off from the Dharasu bifurcation bend.

How to Reach Shri Kedarnath Dham?

From New Delhi & Haridwar
Buses go from New Delhi to Haridwar regularly (taking about 8 hours), or you can travel by train (taking 4 to 6 hours). Advance transport arrangements can be made at the transport association offices near the station.
