Chardham Yatra Package From Delhi: 12 Days Complete Char Dham Tour

In the morning, meet the driver and head to Barkot. On the way, you will drive through Mussoorie and stop to see Mussoorie Lake and Kempty Falls. After that, drive straight to Barkot and check into your hotel. Stay the night in Barkot.

• Barkot Weather: Summers are pleasant (25°C to 30°C). Winters have cool days and very cold nights (10°C down to 5°C).

Leave early in the morning with a packed breakfast. Drive to Jankichatti and start your 6 km trek up to Yamunotri Temple. You can walk, ride a pony, or use a doli (at your own cost). Take a holy bath in the warm water of Jamunabai Kund and pray to Yamunaji. Walk back down to Jankichatti and drive back to Barkot for the night.

• Yamunotri Temple: This temple was built in the 19th century by the Maharani of Jaipur. You can cook rice by dipping it in the hot water pools here and take it home as holy prasad.
• Surya Kund & Divya Shila: Surya Kund is the most important hot spring here. Divya Shila is a sacred rock pillar that you worship before entering the main temple.
• Yamunotri Weather: Summer days are cool (around 18°C), but nights get cold (10°C).

After breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi. Stop on the way to visit the beautiful Shivgufa cave. When you reach Uttarkashi, visit the famous Kashi Vishwanath Temple and check into your hotel. Spend the rest of the day resting. Stay the night in Uttarkashi.

• Uttarkashi Note: This town sits on the banks of the Ganges and looks a lot like the holy city of Varanasi. It is filled with peaceful ashrams and old temples.
• Vishwanath & Shakti Temples: This is one of the oldest Shiva temples in North India. Right in front of it is the Shakti Temple, which holds a massive 6-meter-tall iron and copper trident (Trishul).
• Uttarkashi Weather: Summers can get quite warm during the day (30°C to 35°C), but the nights stay pleasant. Winters are very cold.

Drive early in the morning (with a packed breakfast) to Gangotri. On the way, stop at Gangnani to take a warm bath in the natural hot springs. Drive through the beautiful Harsil Valley, known for its apple orchards and tall deodar trees. At Gangotri Temple, take a holy dip in the river and perform your pooja. Drive back to Uttarkashi for the night.

• Gangotri Temple: Built in the 18th century by a Gorkha General, this temple sits right on the bank of the river Bhagirathi (the origin of the Ganges).
• Gangotri Weather: Summer days reach about 20°C, but nights drop to 10°C, so you will need light woolens. Winters are buried under heavy snow, and the temple stays closed.

After breakfast, drive to Guptkashi through Moolgarh and Lambgaon. On the way, you will see the beautiful Mandakini River at Tilwara. You will drive alongside this river all the way to Guptkashi. Visit the Ardh Narishwar Temple and check into your hotel for the night.

• Guptkashi Note: The name means "Hidden Benares." Stories say Lord Shiva hid here from the Pandava brothers before moving further up to Kedarnath.
• Guptkashi Weather: Summers are pleasant (25°C to 30°C), while winters are quite cold.

• By Helicopter: The driver will drop you at your pre-booked helipad in the morning. After your return the next day, we take you back to the hotel.
• By Trek: The driver drops you at Sonprayag. Take a local sharing jeep to Gaurikund, where the 19 km trek to Kedarnath begins. Walk up or hire a pony/doli (at your own cost). Enjoy the evening aarti, see the temple, and check into your guest house near the shrine for the night.
• Note: Sonprayag has strict parking rules. If your driver has to park further away and your phone has no network, please wait at the main vehicle exit or send a message through other local drivers.
• Kedarnath Significance: This is one of the 12 sacred Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. According to legend, Lord Shiva took the form of a bull here to hide from the Pandavas, leaving his hump on the surface. The other parts of his body appeared at four other spots, which together make up the holy "Panch Kedar."
• Kedarnath Weather: Because it is very high up, it stays cold most of the year. Summer days are cool (around 20°C), but you must bring warm clothes. Winters are extreme with heavy snowfall.

Wake up early for morning darshan against the beautiful snow peaks. After breakfast, head back down the valley.

• By Helicopter: Take your return flight back to the helipad where your driver will be waiting.
• By Trek: Trek back down to Gaurikund and take a local jeep to Sonprayag. Your driver will meet you at the local parking area and drive you back to Guptkashi to rest. Stay the night in Guptkashi.

After breakfast, drive to Badrinath. Check into your hotel. Take a bath in the warm waters of Tapt Kund before visiting the Badrinath Temple for the evening Aarti. • Holy Sites: Tapt Kund is a natural hot spring right outside the temple. Vyas Gufa is the cave where Sage Ved Vyas is believed to have written the Mahabharata epic.
• Badrinath Weather: Summer days average around 18°C, but nights drop to 8°C. You will need warm woolen clothes throughout the year.

After breakfast, drive to Rudraprayag. On the way, stop at Joshimath to visit the famous Narsingh Temple. Continue driving down to Rudraprayag, check into your hotel, and enjoy the evening. Stay the night in Rudraprayag.

• Joshimath & Rudraprayag: Joshimath is the winter home for the Badrinath idol when the main temple closes. Rudraprayag is a holy meeting point where the Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers crash together.
• Rudraprayag Weather: Summers can get quite hot during the day (35°C to 40°C), but winters are pleasantly cool.

After breakfast, drive toward Haridwar. This completes your holy chardham package from delhi loop. On the way, stop at Rishikesh, the "Yoga Capital of the World." Visit the famous suspension bridges—Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula—and explore the riverside ashrams. Later, drive to Haridwar and check into your hotel. Stay the night in Haridwar.

• Rishikesh Note: A beautiful spiritual town where the fast-flowing Ganges flows out of the forested Himalayan hills. It is world-famous for yoga, meditation, and adventure sports like rafting.

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel, and then begin the drive back to Delhi. The driver will drop you off safely at your home, hotel, railway station, or the Delhi airport.
