Certain holy destinations along the Char Dham route—such as Triyuginarayan, Lakhamandal, Auli, Kalimath, Neelkanth Mahadev, Adi Badri, Bhavishya Badri, and Kartik Swami—are located off the main highway itinerary.

Rates for Extra Sightseeing Destinations (Payable Directly to the Driver)

Payment Terms

• Booking Advance: A 40% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• Standard Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at the start of your tour.
• Group & Premium Tours: For group and luxury/VIP packages, full balance payment must be cleared at least 15 days prior to the departure date.

Cancellation & Refund Schedule

• 30+ Days Prior to Departure: 100% refund of the package cost (subject to standard convenience charges).
• 30 to 15 Days Prior to Departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
• 15 to 10 Days Prior to Departure: 25% refund of the total package cost.
• 0 to 10 Days Prior to Departure: No refund (100% cancellation charge applies).

Important Cancellation Notes

• Hotel & Helicopter Services: Cancellations for helicopter tickets and premium hotel bookings are subject to the specific cancellation policies of the respective hotel and helicopter operators.
• Processing Fees: All eligible refunds are processed after deducting a non-refundable administrative and transaction fee (5% to 8% of the total tour package cost).

• Authorized Bookings: Helicopter seats are subject to availability and booked only via government-authorized operators.
• Strict Non-Transferable Policy: Once confirmed, helicopter tickets cannot be rescheduled, modified, or transferred under any circumstances.
• Operator Liability: Flight operations, delays, weather cancellations, or rescheduling are managed entirely by aviation operators; our agency provides ground assistance but holds no financial liability for operator delays.
• Weather & Technical Cancellations: If flights are canceled due to bad weather, technical issues, or government orders, a full ticket refund is issued only if the physical ticket is stamped "CANCELLED" and signed by an authorized operator officer.
• Refund Claim Deadline: Stamped tickets must be submitted to the official counter (Guptkashi/Phata) or emailed to the operator within 14 days of the flight date. No refunds are processed after 14 days.
• Payment Terms: Refunds for online payments return to the original source account, while cash payments are refunded at the purchase counter. Processing fees and payment gateway charges remain strictly non-refundable.
